Learn how to create interesting soups with Chef George Hendry, CEC, CCE, as he teaches step-by-step instructions on how to make cream, puree, clear, and chowder soups. We'll supply containers for you to take your soups home for your family or friends to enjoy.  $65 per person

Thanksgiving Holiday Tips – 9 a,m.-1 p.m.

We hired a Southern chef to demonstrate and instruct you on the finer foods of the South. We'll teach you how to do classic shrimp and grits, collard greens, pimento cheese sliders, country-fried steak, bourbon chess pie, and more.
