  • Jung-Hwan Kim, as a single author, had her article, “Imperative challenge for luxury brands: Generation Y consumers’ perception of luxury fashion brands’ e-commerce sites,” accepted for publication in the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management.
  • Mark Rosenbaum joined the Editorial Advisory Board for the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management.
  • Kevin So co-authored an article titled, "The impact of employee conspicuous consumption cue and physical attractiveness on consumers’ behavioral responses to service failures," in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
  • Simon Hudson, Kevin So, Ph.D. candidate Jing Li, Fang Meng, and David Cardenas published an article titled, "Persuading tourists to stay — forever! A destination marketing perspective," in the Journal of Destination Marketing & Management.
