  • Eta Sigma Delta, the international honor society for hospitality students, inducted 25 HRSM students as new members.
  • Simon Hudson, Robin DiPietro and Drew Martin have been awarded a $53,000 U.S. Department of Commerce grant to study COVID-19 and its devastating impact on the tourism and hospitality industry. The research will focus on recovery by studying two key components of crisis response: strategic adaptation and crisis communication.
  • Robin DiPietro and Ph.D. student Forest Ma will present their research at the 6th Annual Online Interdisciplinary Research Symposium: International Experiences of Addressing and Documenting Food Access and Food Insecurity During COVID-19 on Wednesday December 9th.
