Martiez Moore is an academic advisor in the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport and Management. Prior to his work at the University of South Carolina, he was an academic advisor for Wiregrass Georgia Technical College and coordinator of the Academic Recovery Program. During this time, Moore also served as the chaplain for the Valdosta State University football team and campus pastor for one of the campus ministries. He enjoys helping students and young adults achieve their academic and personal growth goals.   

Outside of his work at USC, Moore enjoys playing video games, board games, taking road trips, and creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. His favorite memories include being the mascot for his college football team during the year they won a national championship, and proposing to his wife the day before their wedding in Hilton Head Island, S.C. He looks forward to making new memories at USC, and helping students create unforgettable memories of their own.
