This exclusive opportunity offers unparalleled exposure to event management, guest services and hospitality operations at the highest level.
How to Get Started
Students interested in working at the 2026 Masters Tournament must complete the Student Interest Form below.
- After submitting the form, you will be added to the Blackboard Organization “Golf
Tourism Fieldwork” within 48 hours.
- This site contains everything you need to know about the Masters experience, including the application portal, networking tips, interview guidance and student testimonials.
- Interest Form Deadline: Tuesday, Sept. 23 at noon
- Employment Application Deadline: Wednesday, Sept. 24

Exclusive Recruitment Event – Meet Masters Leadership (Now Full)
As part of this year’s recruitment initiative, Augusta National Golf Club leadership will host two information sessions and leadership panels for USC students.
Date: Friday, Sept. 12, 2025
Location: Close-Hipp 005 (Belk Auditorium)
Times: 10-11 a.m. and 1-2 p.m.

You can still learn about upcoming virtual sessions, including interview tips and tricks, on the Blackboard Organization “Golf Tourism Fieldwork.” To gain access, complete the student interest form — this step is required to be considered for the Masters opportunity.
