Why you chose to pursue your degree within the ASPH: When I was choosing my degree, I knew I wanted a career that would allow me to help people. Once I came across the major of Exercise Science and researched schools, Arnold School of Public Health really stood out. ASPH is one of the best Exercise Science programs in the nation, so I knew pursuing a degree within ASPH would inspire and help me succeed tremendously. 

Advice for future students: Do not be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and be present in the moment. College goes by so fast that it’ll be over before you know it so really try to absorb it all. Go out with your friends or try that new restaurant. You really don’t know what lies ahead without trying.
